1. Information We Collect and Process

We collect only the bare minimum information necessary to authenticate secure sessions and sync active premium subscriptions across your certified Android/iOS devices:

• Account Credentials (Firebase Auth): If you authenticate using Google Sign-in or Apple credentials, your basic user profile (email and display name) is securely compiled by Firebase Authentication.
• Personal Faith Tradition (Strictly Private): To align matching daily reflections, your selection of faith traditions and custom reminder times are kept locally in Device Cache. This metadata is strictly kept from storage in public cloud databases to protect religious values.
• In-App Purchase Receipts: When you purchase the optional Premium Subscription plan (£0.99), purchase receipts and transaction identifiers are processed via the respective App Store (Google Play / Apple) to maintain billing capabilities.

2. Strict 30-Day Zero Retention & Account Purging

We firmly respect your right to disappear. Daily Grace operates an automated data purification channel:

If you cancel or let your premium subscription expire, any synced authentication accounts, metadata pointers, or server variables are automatically and permanently deleted (purged) from all servers exactly 30 days following unsubscription. If you want your data deleted sooner, contact support, and it will be deleted manually within 24 hours.

3. Local-First Engineering & Storage Architecture

Your personal meditations are compiled entirely inside the local device sandbox (using local web database storage in your phone or browser). Reflections, breathing intervals, and custom timers operate perfectly when disconnected from the Internet and are never transmitted to our backend.

4. Third-Party Disclosures & Security Integration

We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your email addresses or private preferences. In-app connections leverage standard enterprise-grade integration partners:
